Want to rent one of our community centers or other facilities? Head on over to ourForms page to check out the fee schedules and information needed to do so.
Most event planners suggest reserving a facility at least six months to a year in advance of an event in order to reserve the best dates and times. For example, ball fields are seasonally in heavy use. Facility use may be restricted and a certificate of insurance is required at reservation. Deposit and fees are due prior to the scheduled date and are based upon the time and facility rented. We look forward to serving you.
A facility use permit and trash can fees are required for all groups (20 to 500 persons) who wish to reserve a park picnic space. Reservations are made on a first-come first-serve basis. For information, call (510) 620-6793.
For East Bay Regional Parks District reservations for group picnics of 20-500 persons and overnight camping, call 1-888-327-2757, option 2.
