The Richmond Housing Authority provides decent affordable housing for low and very low income residents of Richmond through our federally funded housing programs: 
Public Housing Program 
Housing Choice Voucher Program (Section 8)

ALL RHA WAIT LISTS (SECTION 8 AND PUBLIC HOUSING) ARE CLOSED.

The Richmond Housing Authority welcomes comments on the Administrative Plan (S8) and the 
Admissions and Continued Occupancy Policy (PH).  Submit comments to bparker@rhaca.org or 330-24th Street, Richmond, CA 94804.

The Resident Advisory Board will meet to discuss comments and concerns on Wednesday, March 28, 2018. This meeting will be held at the Richmond Housing Authority, 330 - 24th Street,Richmond, and is open to the public.

The Richmond Housing Authority (RHA) Board of Commissioners will hold a Public Hearing and adopt the Fiscal 2018-2019 Annual Plan on Tuesday, April 17, 2018 at approximately 6:25 p.m.in the City Council Chambers.

Claims
Claims against the Richmond Housing Authority are filed in the City Clerk's Office, and must be filed within six months of the incident.
