In
recognition of Black History Month, The Richmond City
Council sponsored a forum on Tuesday, February 6, 2007.
The 90-minute special featured a discussion focusing on
the contributions of African-Americans from Richmond and
a discussion on how to use the rich history to improve
the conditions facing African-Americans in Richmond now
and in the future.
