On October 1, 2008, The League of Women Voters and
The Richmond Neighborhood Coordinating Council in
conjunction with KCRT Television presented Richmond
City Council Candidates Night, a 2-hour forum where
ten City
Council candidates introduced themselves and discussed a
variety of issues.
During the live coverage, the Council Candidates were
presented with a number of questions from home viewers
and audience members, as well as questions from a
four-person panel made up of members of the Richmond
Neighborhood Coordinating Council.
