purpose of the Historic Preservation Awards Ceremony Awards
is to increase public awareness of Richmond’s heritage by
recognizing individuals, organizations, businesses, and agencies
whose
contributions demonstrate outstanding commitment to
excellence in historic preservation, local history or promotion of
the City’s heritage.
