Representatives from EBMUD, Chevron, Kinder Morgan, and PG&E discuss Richmond Underground Pipelines in the special presentation, Richmond Pipeline Safety Forum.

The 90 minute special was recorded on 4/14/11 and presented by The Richmond Neighborhood Coordinating Council in conjunction with the Richmond Fire Department, Office of Emergency Services, and the Richmond City Manager's Office.
