Officer and Firefighter of the Year
Awards.
This year, the awards went to Police Officer Aaron
Mandell (top, right) and Firefighter Rico Rincon.
Tony Suggs was the master of ceremonies.
The special was taped on Friday, May 18, 2007 was held at the Masonic Hall in
Richmond.
