Produced and edited by the staff of KCRT Television, this 2-hour special brings back to life the celebration and  dedication of the Rosie the Riveter Memorial in Marina Bay Park on October 14, 2000.

Hosted by Donna Powers, the memorial is the first in the nation to honor and celebrate the contributions of American Women to the World War II Home Front.  Attending the event was over 100 "Rosies," who returned to Richmond, CA (many for the 1st time since the war), the original site of the ship building.
