The award-winning talk / variety series presents celebrity and record artists interviews, artistic and novelty acts, cultural group performances, local music groups, worldwide music videos, behind-the-scenes features, on-air career advice for rising talents, and various acts from the Richmond - East Bay area.

Sidewalks Entertainment  has introduced over two hundred, diverse types of musical, artistic, cultural and novelty acts from the Bay Area.

Recent celebrity and recording artist interviews have included conversations with Queen Latifah, Brittany Murphy, Marcia Cross, Brooke Shields, Kelly Rowland, Ali Larter, Laila Ali, Emma Roberts, Minnie Driver, David Duchovny, Usher, Mira Sorvino, Marcia Gay Harden, Sunshine Anderson, will.i.am from the Black Eyed Peas, George Benson, Jon Voight, Chris Tucker, Captain & Tennille,  The Judds, Wayne Gretzky, Troy Aikman, Jeff Gordon, Ty Pennington, and Miss Americas 2006 and 2007.

Besides the spotlighting of acts, the program has done several "remotes" [on-locations], like backstage at the San Francisco Bay Area Music Awards (Bammies), KMEL-radio's Summer Jam event, the nationwide Lollapalooza concert tour, Walt Disney's Aladdin ice show, The Renaissance Pleasure Faire, and Ringling Bros. and Barnum and Bailey Circus. Additionally, the show has produced segments on San Francisco street performers, a sports and boat show, a science fiction convention, stunt and competition kites, and the latest in boomerang designs.

KCRT airs both the original show and the music video spinoff series, Video Nite, which presents today's hit music from the top recording artists.
