Hosted by Elizabeth de Dios (pictured, right),
Vida Sana is a Spanish language, health education program for residents of Contra Costa County. The program's goal is to improve communication to our Spanish-speaking community.

Guests include local experts to help raise awareness about important topics and to provide Latino families with information to help them access services in the community.

Vida Sana is a family friendly show that addresses such topics as child health, parenting, women's health, chronic diseases, emergency preparedness, violence prevention, immunization and more.
