Now anyone in the world with internet
can watch the Richmond City Council Meetings and other
KCRT programs on-line at the click of a mouse.
Begun in May 2004, KCRT Television and
the City of Richmond offer live streaming and
archives of the Richmond City Council Meetings, the
various Richmond Standing Committee Meetings and the
Richmond Planning Commission Meetings from the
City Council Chambers, located at 440 Civic Center
Plaza, Richmond.
Web viewers will have a choice in either screening the
entire meeting or viewing any particular items in that
meeting's agenda.
Additionally, web viewers can watch KCRT Television, the
city's television station on Ch. 28, with its
live
24-hour web streaming. KCRT is also making available
on-line various
KCRT specials and programs, such as NewsBytes, Birth of
Victory, North Richmond Story, Round The
Bay, The Green Screen, and The Public Safety
Awards.
